Executive Director
Mr Brennan is a Chartered Accountant with a career of 30 years. He was previously a partner in an Australian national accounting firm, and has extensive hands on experience in financial management. Since leaving the accounting profession in 1990 he has played a leading role in a number of Australian resource companies, including the role of Managing Director of Mount Edon Gold Mines Limited for 7 years. Mount Edon Gold Mines Limited was an ASX listed company that discovered and developed the multi million ounce Tarmoola Gold mine in Western Australia that was the subject of a +$A200 million takeover by Canadian miner Teck in 1997.
In 2004 he founded Delta Capital Pty Limited to provide boutique investment banking and corporate advisory service principally to the natural resources sector with a special focus on conventional and alternative energy companies.
Associate Director
Mr Coward has recently joined Delta Capital as an Associate Director. Prior to joining Delta Capital he held a position as a Marketing Manager and later Corporate Finance Manager with Perth based investment bank Capital Investment Partners Pty Ltd. During his 4 year tenure with Capital Investment Partners Pty Ltd he has worked on over 15 corporate transactions in the Mining and Industrial sector. Over the past 12 months he has spent considerable amount of time in the Middle East extending a bridge between the Middle Eastern investors and the Australian market.
Mr Coward has also been significantly involved in philanthropy, raising funds for various charitable organisations. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Western Australia.
Associate Director
Mr Mason joins Delta Capital as an Associate Director having spent the past four years working for the full service WA based broking firm Euroz Securities. During his time there he built a network of high net worth clients and was introduced to many ASX listed mining companies with projects and operations throughout Australia, Asia, Africa, North and South America and Europe.
Prior to broking Mr Mason spent seven years in Banking where he had a number of varying roles. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Finance and Banking from Murdoch University, Perth WA.
